Weezie has spent years researching, testing and designing the perfect bath towel. First, we start with the best materials. Our towels are made from 100% organic long-staple cotton. Long-staple cotton is more durable and absorbent than regular cotton: length=strength and strength=a longer lasting towel. Second, our towels are woven using an innovative technology that spins the cotton fibers with air. By trapping air within each fiber we have increased the absorbency properties as well as the softness and fluffiness of the towel.
We have taken careful consideration when determining the weight of the towel. Weezie washcloths and hand towels are 500gsm (grams per square meter) and our bath towels and bath sheets are 650gsm (grams per square meter). Our bath towels and bath sheets are hefty, but not so heavy they’ll weigh you down.
Last but not least, Weezie towels are easy on the eyes. We have elevated the design of the standard towel by rounding the corners and adding a sleek piped edge. We have also included a discreet loop to help with faster drying.

Our towels are made in a family owned and operated factory in Portugal. All customization is done from our headquarters in Savannah, GA.
Our towels are OEKO-TEX® certified. OEKO-TEX® is the international 3rd party certification devoted to testing and approving textiles for dangerous chemicals. They’ve gone above and beyond the legal requirements to ensure that textiles earning their label are at the forefront of safety. This means our products have been put through extensive testing to ensure that the cotton has not been unnecessarily treated with harmful chemicals like pesticides and lead.
Our towels are woven with an innovative technology that spins cotton fibers with air. The result? Towels that are super soft & fluffy, but still lightweight.
Our towels are as absorbent as they come—they can absorb a liter of water in seconds! Say goodbye to sopping wet bathroom floors.
Yes! Usually, soft towels shed fuzz. Our towels shed up to 4x less than traditional towels. Rest assured, purchasing Weezie towels will not leave you wheezing, even for those asthmatics out there 😉
Shedding is to be expected! As soon as you wash your towels once, linting will be at an all time low.
Washcloth is 13x13 inches, hand towel is 20x30 inches, bath towel is 30x58 inches, bath sheet is 40x70 inches and beach towel is 38x70 inches.
This is totally based on size and personal preference. Our bath towel is larger than average, so even if other towels have always felt a bit snug or short on you, our bath towel still may do the trick! If you like to snuggle up in your towel like a blanket, the bath sheet is for you.

Our robes are made from the same high quality 100% organic long staple cotton as our bath towels but are a lighter weight. They’re still just as soft and absorbent, but won’t weigh you down!
Keep in mind, terry loops can be easily snagged on things like hair brushes, jewelry, and sharp objects - so steer clear of those items while enjoying your robe!

We recommend washing every 3–5 uses.
We recommend washing your towels together (and alone, with no other items!) in cold water and tumble drying them on low. This is the most important thing when caring for your towels. Never use fabric softeners, as that will change the absorption properties of the towels. That’s okay because Weezie towels get softer and fluffier with every wash! Always avoid using bleach.
Mistakes happen. If you do use fabric softener, add a 1/2 cup of white vinegar to your next wash cycle to soften your towels.
We are so glad you asked! Use the loop for hanging while your towel is in use. This will give the towel the most air circulation while still keeping your bathroom tidy. We like to reserve the display rack for fresh towels only.
There is nothing worse than an old, musty smelling towel. We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that means its time for some new towels. Luckily, Weezie towels are quick drying and are hard to mildew if taken care of properly!
Not to worry! A certain amount of pulling is expected with all super plush towels and robes. Give that thread a little snip snip and it's as good as new! You’ll never know it was there.

The telltale sign a towel needs to be replaced is that musty smell or when it has lost its fluffy, absorbent qualities. High quality towels should last 1–2 years depending on usage and proper care.
Our products are not pre-shrunk and may shrink up to 5% upon washing.
Unfortunately benzoyl peroxide will cause discoloration on our products with color piped edges or monograms. If your skincare routine includes products with this ingredient, we recommend sticking to our white piped towels!

- Hand Towel - For all fonts with the exception of River and Tybee, the center of the design is 4.75 inches from the bottom of the hand towel. We place the River and Tybee fonts according to the baseline of the font, which is 3.25 inches from the bottom of the hand towel.
- Bath Towel - For all fonts with the exception of River and Tybee, the center of the design is 6.5 inches from the bottom of the bath towel. We place the River and Tybee fonts according to the baseline of the font, which is 4.25 inches from the bottom of the bath towel.
- Bath Sheet- For all fonts with the exception of River and Tybee, the center of the design is 8 inches from the bottom of the bath sheet. We place the River and Tybee fonts according to the baseline of the font, which is 5.25 inches from the bottom of the bath sheet.
- Beach Towel - For all fonts, the embroidery is placed in the left corner of the beach towel.
- Washcloth - 2.5 inches on a 13 x 13 inch towel
- Hand towel - 3.5 inches on a 20 x 30 inch towel
- Bath towel - 5 inches on a 30 x 58 inch towel
- Bath sheet - 6 inches on a 40 x 70 inch towel

Yes! You have the option to add gift wrap for $10 at checkout - no matter the order size! Weezie wrapping includes our signature dustbag(s) for the perfect presentation.

“Unfulfilled” means we’ve received your order and we’re hard at work, but it hasn’t shipped from our warehouse yet! Once your order is complete and on its way to you, that status will change to read “Fulfilled” (and you’ll also have a shipping confirmation with tracking info in your inbox).
Sorry about that! Sometimes, the carrier takes a few business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t working, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will get to the bottom of it!
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using Paypal, Google Pay, QuadPay or Weezie gift cards. Please note, with the exception of gift cards, we can only accept one form of payment per order.
We ship to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico.
We have a few shipping options, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t: Standard (FREE if you spend $200!), Expedited, and Rush. Note: Rush is only available for non-embroidery orders and these options may change during high volume order times, so be sure to review details at checkout. Note, custom embroidered orders take a few extra days to process before shipping.
We generally ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. If you are unable to receive one of these carriers, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer free shipping on your first order (just sign up for our newsletter to receive the discount code!) as well as on all orders over $200.
We would love nothing more than to offer free shipping on all orders! Unfortunately, because we are a start up, we can’t afford to cover shipping costs at this time. We hope to change this in the future as soon as we scale.
As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. We may split your order into several boxes or bags, depending on the order size.

Weezie accepts returns for non-used and non-customized purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used, customized or "final sale" purchases. All eligible returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please visit our returns page here or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange.
Sadly, we do not and will have to deduct the cost of shipping from your return or exchange.
