You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged and again once your order ships. Non-embroidered orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom embroidered orders take additional time to process before shipping. Please note, processing timelines may be longer during higher volume seasons (like Mother’s Day, Black Friday, and other holidays).
If you believe that your order should’ve shipped and it’s still showing as unfulfilled, you can email us at email@example.com. We’ll do all we can to help!
“Unfulfilled” means we’ve received your order and we’re hard at work, but it hasn’t shipped from our warehouse yet! Once your order is complete and on its way to you, that status will change to read “Fulfilled” (and you’ll also have a shipping confirmation with tracking info in your inbox).

To best help you, please wait 48 hours before reaching out if your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it yet. Sometimes, the carriers will prematurely update the status! As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. We may split your order into several boxes or bags, depending on the order size.
Sadly, we aren’t able to split orders so that the in-stock item(s) ship before any backordered items. Everything in your order will ship together within the lead time quoted at checkout. If your order contains backordered item(s) but you need your in-stock item(s) sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those so that what’s in stock can be shipped ASAP.
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to have it corrected!
Weezie accepts returns for non-customized items that haven’t been used or laundered within 30 days from your order's ship date. We cannot accept returns on used items, final sale items, Last Call items, or customized purchases. Discounted items purchased during our Birthday Sale can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Other restrictions may apply for special promotions.
We are unable to offer free returns at this time, so a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund for the return.
We accept gift returns and exchanges for store credit as long as the product is non-customized, unused, and hasn’t been laundered. To start a gift exchange, click “Returning or exchanging a gift” on our returns portal here (don’t worry, the gift giver won’t be notified!).
From there, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can mail the product back to us. Once we receive the items for return, you’ll be sent store credit via e-gift card to your personal email. You can then apply this credit to a Weezie product of your choosing via our website!
We are unable to exchange non-embroidered product for embroidered product (even if it’s the same item!). Instead, you can return the non-embroidered item(s) for a refund via store credit or your original payment method, and then place a new order for the item(s) with your desired custom embroidery details through our website.
You can start your return here. When you select your refund method, select either “Original Payment Method” or “Store Credit” rather than “Exchange”. You’ll be sent a return label via email to use to ship your item(s) back to us. Once we receive them, you’ll be issued your refund or credit and you can place your new order with customization from there.
Unfortunately, gift cards are not refundable. Might we suggest re-gifting?

They’ve gone above and beyond the legal requirements to ensure that textiles earning their label are at the forefront of safety, which means we’ve put our products through extensive testing to ensure that the cotton has not been unnecessarily treated with harmful chemicals like pesticides and lead.
Yes! Usually, soft towels shed fuzz. Our towels shed up to 4x less than traditional towels. Rest assured, purchasing Weezie towels will not leave you wheezing, even for those asthmatics out there 😉
Weezie has spent years researching, testing and designing the perfect towel. First, we start with the best materials. Our towels are made from 100% long-staple cotton. Long-staple cotton is more durable and absorbent than regular cotton: length=strength and strength=a longer lasting towel. Second, our towels are woven using an innovative technology that spins the cotton fibers with air. By trapping air within each fiber we have increased the absorbency properties as well as the softness and fluffiness of the towel. Not to mention, they are hypoallergenic AND low linting.
Last but not least, Weezie towels are easy on the eyes. We have elevated the design of the standard towel by rounding the corners and adding a sleek piped edge. We have also included a discreet hook to help with faster drying.
It depends on your size and preference! If traditional bath towels have always felt a bit snug or short on you, get the bath sheet. Do you like to snuggle up in your towel like a blanket post shower? Get the bath sheet.
Washcloth is 13x13 inches, hand towel is 19x30 inches, bath towel is 29x58 inches, and bath sheet is 39x70 inches.
Bath Towels and Bath Sheets are 650 GSM. Hand Towels, Washcloths, and Makeup Towels are 500 GSM.
We recommend dipping your toe in the water with our starter pack, which is perfect for 1 adult. Our starter pack includes 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels at a 15% discount to regular pricing. Sharing a bathroom with someone else? We recommend 2 starter packs!
Our signature robes are made of 100% long-staple cotton. Our french terry robes are made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester. Keep in mind, terry loops can be easily snagged on things like hair brushes, jewelry, and sharp objects - so steer clear of those items while enjoying your robe! Should you notice a snag, just give it a quick snip.

Both have the same key Weezie robe features: an attached tie, buttoned sleeves, pockets, and a hanging loop. Both can also be embroidered! If you're looking for a thick and fluffy robe to dry off with post-bath or shower, we recommend the Signature Robe. If you're looking for something a bit lighter that's easy to throw on as you wake up or wind down, we recommend the French Terry Robe.

Our robes were designed to fit true to size, and you can find the respective size guides for your height and weight on the product pages. For our Signature Robe, we cut the proportions thoughtfully for a cozy, roomier fit, so you feel wrapped up but not weighed down. Our French Terry Robes are stretchy so they have a flowy, drapey effect when wearing. Keep in mind, our robes are expected to shrink up to 5% after the first few washes as they are mostly if not 100% cotton.

We’ve thoughtfully designed our men’s and women’s robes to have distinct differences. Our women’s robes have a more tailored fit with sleeves that button, pockets, and an attached belt. Our men’s robes have a roomier fit, with sleeves that you can wear rolled or unrolled (without a button), pockets, and a lower - but still attached! - belt.
If you’re unsure, feel free to try and see for yourself! If you order a non-customized robe, you can return it if the fit isn’t right.
Composed of absorbent microfiber, the Hair Towel helps reduce the time it takes to dry your hair, while also protecting it from damage caused by excess heat. Please note: drying time depends on hair type.
How do you wear the Hair Towel?

Our spa headbands are crafted from gentle microfiber and feature adjustable Velcro (making them one size fits all!) for the perfect fit for your crown (and we do hope you’ll wear it like one)! Designed at the optimal width: wide enough to keep your hair out of your face mask, but not too bulky either, the Spa Headband elevates your wake up and wind down routines yet another notch.
Our beach towels are still made from 100% long staple cotton, but the terry is cut closer than you would find on a bath towel. They are oversized, but still lightweight so you don't pick up any extra sand!

Our Lil Weezie items are made from a super soft, 100% organic cotton terry. They are produced at the same Portuguese factory as our other bath products with the same Weezie eye for quality and design!
Size and shape! Our kids’ towel is a 27x54 rectangle, and our baby towel is a 30x30 square style. The baby towel’s hood is in the corner, while the kids’ towel hood is in the center of the horizontal edge.

All embroidery styles and thread colors are available for the Lil Weezie line. Please note, there’s a 10 character limit for embroidery on all items. We can’t make exceptions due to the very limited space for embroidery, and we’d hate for any personalization to get swallowed by the terry!
We recommend washing your bath towels every 3–5 uses. Robes can go much longer, depending on your usage so we trust your judgement here : ) . Regardless, it's always smart to wash your new Weezie upon arrival!
We recommend washing your Weezie products together in cold water and tumble drying them on low. This is the most important thing when caring for your Weezie. It is also super important to wash your Weezie alone, without other clothes or items in the wash. Terry is prone to snagging and this will help ensure your products last longer.
Never use fabric softeners, as that will change the absorption properties of the towels. That’s okay because Weezie towels get softer and fluffier with every wash! Last but not least, always avoid using bleach.
For Spa Headbands - be sure to wash open (we've found that washing it closed could damage the microfiber, and we want your Weezie to stay in tiptop shape!) on cold with like colors, tumble dry low. If you want to be extra safe, wash it in a delicates bag.
Mistakes happen. If you do use fabric softener, add a 1/2 cup of white vinegar to your next wash cycle to soften your towels.
We are so glad you asked! Use the hook for hanging while your towel is in use. This will give the towel the most air circulation while still keeping your bathroom tidy. We like to reserve the display rack for fresh towels only.
Ugh. There is nothing worse than a musty smelling towel. We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that means its time for some new towels. Luckily, Weezie towels are quick drying and are hard to mildew if taken care of properly!
Our products are not pre-shrunk and may shrink up to 5% upon washing.
Not to worry! A certain amount of pulling is expected with all super plush terry products. Give that thread a little snip snip and the terry is as good as new! You’ll never know it was there.
The telltale sign a towel needs to be replaced is that musty smell or when it has lost its fluffy, absorbent qualities. If taken care of properly, high quality towels should last up to 2 years depending on usage and proper care.
Unfortunately benzoyl peroxide will cause discoloration on our colored products or any products with color piped edges or monograms. If your skincare routine includes products with this ingredient, we recommend sticking to our white piped towels!

We place the text fonts (River, Waverly, Sullivan and Tybee) according to the baseline of the font, which is 3.25 inches from the bottom of the hand towel.
- Bath Towel - For all traditional monogram fonts (Crosby, Hudson, Perry, Prince, Ardsley, Jones, Mercer), the center of the design is 6.5 inches from the bottom of the bath towel. We place the text fonts (River, Waverly, Sullivan and Tybee) according to the baseline of the font, which is 4.25 inches from the bottom of the bath towel.
- Bath Sheet - For all traditional monogram fonts (Crosby, Hudson, Perry, Prince, Ardsley, Jones, Mercer), the center of the design is 8 inches from the bottom of the bath sheet. We place the text fonts (River, Waverly, Sullivan and Tybee) according to the baseline of the font, which is 5.25 inches from the bottom of the bath sheet.
- Beach Towel - For all fonts, the embroidery is placed in the bottom left corner of the beach towel. We place the font according to the baseline of the font, which is 3.5 inches from the bottom and 2.5 inches from the left.
- Bath Mat - For all traditional monogram fonts (Crosby, Hudson, Perry, Prince, Ardsley, Jones, Mercer), the center of the design is 4.75 inches from the bottom center of the bath mat. We place the text fonts (River, Waverly, Sullivan and Tybee) according to the baseline of the font, which is 3.75 inches from the bottom center of the bath mat.
- Shower Curtain - For all fonts, the embroidery is placed in the upper-middle center of the Shower Curtain. For the standard size, embroidery is placed 28 inches from the top. For the long size, embroidery is placed 36 inches from the top.
- Pool Lounge Cover - For all fonts, the embroidery is placed in the upper-middle center of the cover. The font is placed 10 inches from the top of the cover.
- Washcloth - 2.5 inches on a 13 x 13 inch towel
- Hand towel - 3.5 inches on a 20 x 30 inch towel
- Bath towel - 5 inches on a 30 x 58 inch towel
- Bath sheet - 6 inches on a 40 x 70 inch towel
The text box on our website allows the max amount of characters (including spaces) we can accommodate on each product. If your text does not fit in that box, we unfortunately are unable to embroider it. When the text gets too long, we compromise the quality of the embroidery and run the risk of it getting swallowed by the fluffy terry - and we wouldn't want that!

Yes! We offer gift cards starting at $50. You can choose between an electronic gift card or a physical gift card. Electronic gift cards will be automatically emailed to the purchaser, and the purchaser will forward to the recipient. Physical gift cards will be mailed directly to the recipient.

Visit our Registry page and select “Create a New Registry”. If you do not yet have a Weezie account, you will be prompted to create one. If your shipping address will change after your event date, indicate the new address in the “after event” fields. Designate a password if you’d like to keep your Registry password-protected (optional). Save your Registry by selecting “Create My Registry”. You're good to go!
Log-in to your account, and select “Manage Existing Registry” on the Registry page. Click the Registry name you wish to update, and select “Click here to begin browsing to add products to this registry”. We store the registrant's shipping address, but do not share it publicly for privacy reasons. Rest assured, if you purchase directly through their registry on our website, it will be shipped to the address they gave us!
We strongly encourage using the Weezie Registry to ensure the best possible experience for you and your gifters. Registering directly through Weezie is the best way to capture all of your customization details - we save your selections for you and automatically populate them in your gifter’s cart! With external registries, you run the risk of losing your embroidery selections and we are unable to help track down orders or rectify embroidery mistakes in these cases.

The Weezie Loyalty Program is a rewards program that grants you access to exclusive benefits and rewards the more you shop. You earn points for every dollar spent, and you can convert those points into discounts. You’ll receive benefits like free shipping, an annual birthday gift, and more based on your membership tier which is determined by your total annual spend. All you have to do is shop Weezie, #enjoythestay, and the program will do the work for you!
You’ll automatically be enrolled in the Weezie Loyalty Program after your first purchase. To access your rewards and view your tier benefits, you need to sign in to your account on our Loyalty & Referral page here. If you don’t have an account, sign up with the email you used to make your purchase here.
To receive discounts for points: Login to your account here before you checkout. Once you get to the checkout screen, there will be a drop down with your available discounts based on your point balance. The options are:
- $10 discount for 200 points
- $15 discount for 300 points
- $20 discount for 400 points
You can only use one discount per order. Once you select the discount you want to use, it will automatically apply to your order. You must be logged in to your account to use your points.
To receive benefits from your membership tier: You’ll automatically receive benefits for your tier like free shipping, your birthday gift, etc. Just make sure you’re logged in when checking out!
Points are based off a rolling year, which is a 12-month period starting each time you earn a point. Your points will expire 1 year after inactivity (i.e. you haven’t made a purchase or completed any actions that would earn you points within 12 months). The membership tiers are based on your total lifetime spend. Once you reach a certain tier, you will always remain in that tier. Your tier is not affected when you convert points into discounts. To see your current tier status, sign up or login to your account here.
With the launch of our loyalty points program 2023, all purchases made in 2023 will qualify you for points. Purchases made prior to 2023 will not be counted toward your points total.
Once the order is paid, your points should be added to your account immediately. Sometimes there can be a slight delay, but you should always receive them within 1 hour of your purchase. If you’re having issues, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Scroll to the bottom of the Loyalty & Referral page here. Under “Refer a Friend,” you’ll see a place to enter your email. Once you do, you can share the referral code with others by entering their emails, copying your unique referral link to send, or sharing the link directly on social media.
If someone uses the code you sent them, they’ll receive $20 off a purchase of $150 or more. Once they redeem their code, you’ll receive an email letting you know that 400 points have been added to your points total. You can then redeem those points for $20 off your order using the drop down at checkout (be sure you’re logged in to see this!). There is no minimum required for you to use these points toward an order.
