    Shipping Policy

    We ship to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico. All available shipping options will appear at checkout based on the contents of your order. As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.  We may split your order into several boxes or bags, depending on the order size. Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address may cause delays.


    We generally ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. If you are unable to receive one of these carriers, please let us know ASAP by emailing holler@weezietowels.com

    Shipping Times

    For orders containing custom embroidered items, we typically offer the following shipping options. Please remember that custom embroidered orders take additional time to process before shipping.

    For orders which do not contain custom embroidered items, we typically offer the following shipping options:

    If a product is on backorder, we may accept pre orders on that item with an extended shipping window. All products on backorder will show a message on the product page as well as a line item message in cart which estimates the ship window that the order will be available within. Generally, we ship all items in an order together; any orders containing a backordered product will be shipped once all items in the order are in stock and ready to ship.


    Weezie accepts returns for non-customized items that haven’t been used or laundered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, final sale items, or customized purchases. Any items purchased during our Birthday Sale can only be exchanged for store credit. Other restrictions may apply for special promotions, so always check your packing slip!

    Generally, all eligible returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. We may designate a longer return window for high volume times like the holiday season (again, check your packing slip!).
