Robe too big

"A positive is that the material is very nice on this robe. My issue is the fit/sizing. I used the size chart and ordered what should have fit me, but was way too big. Since the fit was too big I can’t comfortably wear the robe. The overall length and sleeves are too long. Since I had it embroidered I am out of luck and $200 for a robe I can’t wear. Not planning on purchasing another robe."

"The looping on the terry is too big and catching on EVERYTHING! In a month of normal wear, it looks terrible. It is covered in pulls/loose threads. Very disappointing, considering cost!!"
