The sponsor is: Pink Chicken whose registered office is at 307 7th Avenue, Suite 1601, New York, NY 10001. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
The prize: There will be five brand participants who are confirmed to contribute the following, the total of which make up the “winnings” of this sweepstakes. The prize package will include a $250 store credit to Pink Chicken, Weezie Towels, and ThinkSun, a $100 store credit to Tangle Teezer. A Four (4)-night all-inclusive stay for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children age 12 and under) at Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa (“Resort Brand”). All-inclusive includes all meals, beverages, non-motorized water sports, entertainment, taxes, gratuities, and service charges. $2,000 Flight Gift Card for travel ($500 per person) Total ARV = $4,500 USD. The total retail value of the entire prize package is approximately $5,350. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
T&C for Resort Prize:
○ All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Prize description, including but not limited to taxes, ground transportation, spa treatments, excursions, discretionary premium meal service and specialty wine list, and other costs, fees, or surcharges, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
○ The winner will be presented an official certificate detailing the prize and redemption process (“Prize Certificate”).
○ The Prize Certificate will be valid for one year from the Prize being awarded (“Prize Expiration Date”) to complete travel; if unredeemed, no extensions will be granted.
○ The Winner is not permitted to substitute the Prize for cash or any other alternatives.
○ The Prize and Prize Certificate is not transferable to any other person.
○ The Prize is subject to availability, holidays, and blackout dates at the time of fulfillment. Special events excluded.
○ This Prize does not include any additional guests or extra room nights.
○ Reservations must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to travel dates.
○ Sponsor has the right to substitute the Prize offered for a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
How to enter: You may enter the sweepstakes at our Viral Sweeps Landing Page. By submitting an entry, you accept the terms and conditions in the Official Sweepstakes Rules and agree to receive email newsletters and special offers from Pink Chicken and participating brands. You must also follow all brands on Instagram and engage with the giveaway Instagram post. Entering through the landing page and Instagram requirements must be fulfilled in order to be eligible.
Sweepstakes entries are limited to the United States and District of Columbia and is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Subject to any governmental approval that may be required, Sponsor reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify Sweepstakes in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Sweepstakes will begin on June 18, 2026 at 9:00 am EST and will end on June 25, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel the sweepstakes in its entirety, if it becomes technically corrupted or because of unauthorized human intervention.

Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old to enter. Employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States.
Selection of winners: There will be one winner. The winner will be determined at random by drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be held on or around June 26, 2026. Winner must agree to the use of their names for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.
Notification of winners: Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email and DM by June 29, 2026. All decisions are final and binding. Should the email be returned to the Sponsor as invalid, two more attempts will be made. Winners must contact the Sponsor within 5 calendar days from the date the notification is sent by Sponsor to claim their prize. Failure to contact Sponsor within that 5 day period will result in immediate disqualification of the selected entrant and a new winner will be selected. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.
Odds of winning: The odds of winning any drawing will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.
Other conditions: Sponsor, its agents and representatives, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and will not be liable for (I) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible or postage due entries; (II) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (III) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (IV) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (V) any injuries losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Sweepstakes, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (VI) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Sweepstakes.
Indemnification: You agree to release and hold Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
Choice of law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the New York State.
