The Bachelorette

Where did you go for your bachelorette trip?

Rosemary Beach, Florida.

What was your favorite thing about the trip?

Getting to spend time with my bridesmaids who live in different cities to all come together for a fabulous beach weekend just a month before the big day! Having all my people in one place was just the best.

Any advice for brides going on their bachelorette?

Enjoy every minute!! It goes by way too fast. And take lots of pics!

What made the Weezie robe stand out to you as a gift for your bridesmaids?

All of my bridesmaids are huge Weezie fans, so it was so fun getting to surprise them with these robes the morning after they arrived. I loved that we were able to monogram them to make them special to each girl… and the girls hardly took them off all weekend long!

Why did you choose Weezie to register for your towels?

We can never have enough Weezie towels. They make our bathroom so pretty!

What did you register for?

The Signature Starter Pack, Makeup Towels, and His and Her Robes are just a few of my favorite Weezie items we registered for. Weezie makes the best gifts

What embroidery did you select for your towels - monogram, font, thread color? Why did you select those initials? Why that font?

We chose the “Ardsley” monogram in light blue for a traditional look with our married monogram.

What advice can you give to those who are registering?

Look for items that will stand the test of time- I cannot wait to look back years from now at some of our gifts and remember the special people that made this season so wonderful!

The Big Day

How did you and your husband meet?

We met through mutual friends while living in Palm Beach, Florida.

What were some of your must-haves for the big day?

Palm trees and an ocean view… and getting ready in Weezie robes, of course!

What was your favorite wedding day moment?

The few minutes my husband and I got to ourselves to take a short walk on the beach between our ceremony and reception… taking in the first few moments as a married couple and the emotions of the day! I will treasure those moments forever.

Any advice you can give to brides on their wedding day?

As easy as it is, don’t get distracted by the details but focus on the joy of marriage and a lifetime with your best friend!

Your something borrowed? Something new? Something blue?

Something borrowed: earrings and bracelet, something new: the lace on my dress, something blue: I went with something pink instead… my shoes!

How did you #enjoythestay during wedding planning?

Making my favorite chamomile tea and wrapping up in my Weezie robe after long showers helped get me through some of the long (but exciting!) wedding planning days :)
