Your (designer) style icon: If you know me you know I love everything that Charlotte Lucas designs, she can do no wrong in my eyes!
Where do you look to find inspo: This sounds cliché, but really everywhere. I love flipping through coffee table books and magazines, instagram and pinterest are great places to save images, traveling is also another huge source of inspiration for me!
Can you give us a glimpse into the process of bringing this beautiful bathroom together?
I knew right away that I wanted this bathroom to reflect the two little girls who use it. They are extremely girly and love pink, purple, and flowers! The first idea I had was adding their initials into the penny tile, it was important that each of them felt their space was still unique. My client was adamant that this is their forever home and wanted this space to have color and feel special. The tiles came first then I saw this Ottolines wallpaper and knew right away that it was the perfect paper as it included everything the girls love! We matched the vanity and trim color to the tiles as close as we could without it feeling too matchy matchy. Scallops are definitely a signature of mine and when I drew out the vanities I knew I wanted them to incorporate that element, I then pulled it up onto the mirror to pull the two together.
