Where do you ship?

  • We ship to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico.

What are the shipping options?

  • Our latest lead times are listed at checkout! Not ready to place an order? Email or chat us and we’ll be happy to assist!
  • Please note: shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address may cause delays.

I’m having problems with the carrier tracking info.

  • Sorry about that! Sometimes, the carrier takes a few business days to register your shipment status.
  • To best help you, please wait 48 hours before reaching out if your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it yet. Sometimes, the carriers will prematurely update the status! If your tracking number isn’t working, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will get to the bottom of it.

What carriers do you use?

  • We generally ship via Fedex or USPS. If you are unable to receive one of these carriers, please let us know ASAP by emailing [email protected].

Do you offer free shipping?

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $200!

How do I know when my order has shipped?

  • As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. We may split your order into several boxes or bags, depending on the order size.

Can the in-stock item(s) in my order ship before the backordered item(s) in my order?

  • Sadly, we aren’t able to split orders so that the in-stock item(s) ship before any backordered items. Everything in your order will ship together within the lead time quoted at checkout. If your order contains backordered item(s) but you need your in-stock item(s) sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those so that what’s in stock can be shipped ASAP.

How can I edit my shipping address?

  • If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to have it corrected!
