ATL-based interior designer Anna-Wooten Loggins is no stranger to Weezie, having designed multiple spaces for our co-founder and CEO, Lindsey, and most recently–our flagship store! We had the pleasure of catching up with Anna-Wooten and got the scoop on a few of our spaces.
Tell us about your journey to interior design.
Growing up I was influenced by my two southern grandmothers who had an eye for design. My father is a real estate broker in North Carolina, and I spent weekends walking vacant homes and new-builds with him . I have always loved imagining how spaces can be transformed to make them a perfect fit for the family who lives there. I attended North Carolina State University’s College of Textiles where I learned about all types of fabrics and their unique properties. In 2010, I moved to Atlanta, began working for a high-end design firm, and attended the Art Institute. In 2016, I founded A. Wooten Interiors and have been working on residential and commercial projects throughout the country.
Describe your style in a few words:
My style is a modern take on traditional. I love adding antiques and found pieces but using them in an updated way. I enjoy working with my clients and incorporating their style with my look to create a fresh and functional home that is beautiful and unique.
Your forever inspo:
In the south, where most of my work takes place, I think it's important to create a sense of warmth where anyone feels welcome. Whether it’s a family with young children or a couple enjoying their retirement years, I want each client’s home to feel warm and inviting and to suit their individual needs.
Often my inspiration comes from just one fabric or wall-covering that appeals to me and building the room around that.
You recently completed two fab bathrooms (for our co-founder, Lindsey!) and included some special Weezie pieces. Can you give us a glimpse into the process of bringing this beautiful space together?
Lindsey's primary bath started with the Alex Conroy block print fabric for the drapery. Then we decided to warm it up with a grasscloth wallpaper which is typically an unconventional material for a bathroom, but it achieved the look and feel we were aiming for!
Now tell us about Lindsey's daughter, Miller's space.
Miller’s bath design was inspired by the coral piped Weezie Towels. It was the perfect jumping off point for a little girl’s bathroom! We then used the Erika Powell fabric to create the perfectly feminine custom lampshades on the sconces.

What’s next?
Local construction projects! We have some full-home renovations we are working on here in Atlanta.
We are installing a brand new home in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this summer which is particularly exciting because this is the third project we have designed for this client and it has taken over 2 years to complete!
