Refund policy

Weezie accepts returns for all non-used and non-customized purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or customized purchases. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Non-customized items purchased during our annual Birthday sale may be returned for store credit only. Please visit our returns page here or email [email protected] with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange.
