My favorite way to spend time with her is: We all love getting out in nature together whether it is a beach day or exploring a nearby nature preserve.
I’m celebrating Mother’s Day by: attending church all together followed (hopefully) by lunch and a beach day!

I hope to pass down to my children: a sense of humor, compassion for not only others, but the ability to give grace to themselves, and an enduring spirit of curiosity!

Who is your ultimate movie mom icon: Elizabeth James is an ultimate movie mom icon for me. But I also love Chilli - Bluey's mom, of course! Marnie from Little Women is pretty high up there too and perhaps a more surprising answer would be the mom duo of Susan Sarandon and Julia Roberts in "Stepmom". The energy they ultimately brought out in each other was beautiful.

My favorite way to spend time with her is: Cooking dinner together and then snuggling on the couch watching a good movie. We always have so much fun laughing together. I am so fortunate to be able to work with my mom every day designing children's clothes together.
