Hi Yao and Tai! Similar to our co-founder Liz, you two took the jump from designer to founder. Tell us a little bit about yourselves and your interesting career paths!
We met each other at an advertising agency over a decade ago where we were design and brand leads creating worldwide marketing campaigns for Apple. We both have young kids and understand how frustrating and time-consuming it can be for parents to search around for modern and fun party supplies and tastefully put them together. So in 2018, we left the corporate world and founded Momo Party to full time on our biggest passion: create amazing-looking parties for little ones. Since then, we’ve been enjoying bringing happiness to people’s lives and helping them celebrate important moments.
Our co-founders are no stranger to a kid’s party (with three girls in tow, and one on the way between them), so making hosting easier definitely strikes a chord ;). Tell us how you are making throwing a good party a breeze through Momo Party!
Our goal is to help parents celebrate their little one’s memorable moments effortlessly by offering carefully curated and easy to navigate collections. Thank you! Filling Easter baskets for our little ones is one of our favorite things! After a very unusual year, we think it’s even important to make their Easter baskets meaningful and enjoyable for them. Fun and cute Easter-themed plushes/toys, accessories and sweets are all great starters. We also love to include some everyday items for things like crafts/arts and baths. We absolutely adore the Lil Weezie line! The gingham piping with the sweet pastel colors are just perfect for spring!

Celebrating Easter with a picnic at a park with the family is a great idea this year! To bring some spring flair to your celebration, set up the seating with a large soft, pastel-colored blanket or light-colored pillows at a wooden picnic table. Then arrange a pretty spring bouquet as the centerpiece and set the table with this adorable tableware with bunny and floral designs in pastel colors. Prepare some bite-sized snacks or an Easter charcuterie board for the group to enjoy.
To make it extra festive, decorate the area around by hanging either the floral balloon garland, tissue bunting garlands, or bunny-themed banners at a nearby tree or over the picnic table.
