    Customer Experience Manager — Atlanta, GA

    Weezie is looking for an empathetic problem solver to help us provide a best-in-class experience to our customers. As the leader of our Customer Experience team, you will be instrumental in bringing the Weezie brand to life by communicating directly with customers to solve real-time issues, answer questions & respond to user feedback. Our goal is to provide our customers with an impeccable experience, exceeding all expectations every time people are in touch with us. Your job is to ensure this is the case by always putting the customer first, and making customer service a revenue generating activity. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for customer experience and is excited to lead one of the most important teams at the company. You will report directly to the CEO. 

    What you’ll do: 

    • Provide an exemplary customer experience by acting as the voice of Weezie to customers through email, live chat, phone and text
    • Work cross functionally with product development, operations and brand marketing to create and execute a strategic customer insights strategy inclusive of surveys, focus groups and interviews for both pre and post purchase experiences 
    • Master our customer service system in order to efficiently, effectively & consistently deliver exceptional service while meeting quality & productivity goals, while consistently staying atop industry trends 
    • Think creatively and proactively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience & go above and beyond to surprise and delight our customers
    • Work cross functionally to share feedback and solve problems across areas such as technology, operations, & product development
    • Act as the internal voice of the Weezie customer by flagging relevant technical, operational, or product issues as they arise. The right person for this job will also scope, implement and monitor solutions for those problems
    • Build, train and manage a team of customer experience associates 
    • Work to foster strong and loyal relationships with VIPs and returning customers

    Who you are: 

    • 7-10 years of prior related experience, preferably at an e-commerce or lifestyle brand. Background in client relations or communications a plus. 
    • You are a highly empathetic and effective communicator who understands the customer’s perspective and can adapt communication accordingly
    • You are analytical, organized, detail oriented, and can report all key insights to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
    • You are a critical thinker and a strategic problem solver

    Fulfillment Operations Manager — Atlanta, GA

    Weezie is looking for a smart, organized and dedicated Fulfillment Operations Manager who is excited to lead a new team and a growing operation. You will be responsible for facilitating exceptional customer outcomes by managing the customization and fulfillment of online orders. You will be responsible for managing all the activities that occur within the warehouse, and will be responsible for the accuracy, quality, and condition of every order that ships out the door. You will uphold exceptionally high standards for quality and inspire and challenge your team to do the same. You will also be instrumental in shaping and improving the processes that are the heartbeat of the fulfillment operation. This is a unique opportunity for someone who covets a leadership role where you are empowered to make impactful decisions in a fast-paced and quickly-evolving company. You will report into the VP of Operations, but will work cross functionally with other teams including Customer Experience and Product Development.

    What you’ll do: 

    • Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage a large and quickly growing team of embroidery machine operators, pickers, and packers
    • Staff, coach, and appraise the individual performance of the fulfillment team 
    • Manage and execute production plans, systems and dashboards related to order prioritization and fulfillment, inventory management, production output and productivity, and operational quality
    • Facilitate the controlled handoff of parcels from the fulfillment operation to parcel carriers
    • Act as the owner of warehouse quality by monitoring and measuring key performance metrics, investigating the relationship between processes and outcomes and uncovering improvement opportunities
    • Maintain the accuracy and availability of inventory by managing the receipt, storage, replenishment, counting and reporting of on-hand inventory
    • Serve as an internal resource for Customer Experience and Brand Marketing, assisting in the processing of returns and exchanges, the investigation of issues that arise from customer inquiries, and in exceptional white glove requests
    • Govern the ongoing maintenance and organization of the facility by managing service providers and prescribing and enforcing standards for upkeep
    • Support the VP of Operations in a variety of additional tasks and strategic projects including process automation, implementation of new warehouse systems, and improvements to shipping lead times and delivery 

    Who you are: 

    • You have a BA/BS Degree and 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced distribution environment (retail or eComm experience preferred)
    • You have 4+ years of experience directly managing the performance of individual contributors and a team
    • You LOVE data. You are analytical, data driven and very comfortable in Excel

    Operations Analyst — Atlanta, GA

    Weezie is looking for a smart and scrappy Operations Analyst who is excited to join a collaborative and growing team. Your efforts will be focused on maintaining all company systems, reports and dashboards that the management team relies on to make key company decisions. You will report into the VP of Operations, but work cross functionally with other teams including Customer Experience and Brand Marketing on exceptional customer and VIP requests. Your work will touch every aspect of the business, and you will be given a front row seat to see how decisions are made in a fast-growing start up. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow with a quickly-evolving company, given the high level of exposure the role provides.

    What you’ll do: 

    • Manage and execute internal systems, dashboards and reports related to SKU management, inventory and production output to track operational performance and quality metrics
    • Manage and calculate available for sale inventory, confirming all freight deliveries and auditing all inventory adjustments to ensure removals and restocks are accurately reflected 
    • Create and distribute various weekly and monthly reports includings sales reports, returns analysis and freight tracking 
    • Act as an internal liaison between Customer Experience, Brand Marketing and Operations, ensuring all customer and VIP requests are honored accurately and expeditiously
    • Coordinate and manage all backorder/pre-sale preparations and fulfillment operations 
    • Confirm accuracy of various operations related invoices (factory, freight, etc.) and approve payment 
    • Support the Senior Operations Analyst and VP of Operations in variety of additional tasks and strategic projects including supply and demand planning, implementing new warehouse systems and more

    Performance Marketing Manager — Atlanta, GA

    Weezie is looking for a performance marketing manager to own Weezie's paid marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for overseeing performance across a variety of channels, working with cross functional teams to support growth, and setting and managing budget allocation. You’re a results-oriented marketer with demonstrated experience managing an internal team and/or paid advertising agencies. You are highly analytical and count A/B testing, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and analyzing campaign performance among your core competencies. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find new opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving and growing company. This position will report to the CEO. 

    What you’ll do: 

    • Drive and execute strategy for all direct revenue-driving channels including: paid social, paid search, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliates, native, and display.
    • Manage overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with digital agency, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations.
    • Define and analyze customer cohorts and insights to improve holistic growth strategy.
    • Work cross-functionally to own testing pipeline and strategy, both internally with our Creative team to produce assets and with outside partners on testing new channels.
    • Define and own performance benchmarks and establish analytics and reporting for these KPIs.
    • Responsible for optimizing and maintaining SEO.

    Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years of related experience. 
    • You are highly skilled in marketing platforms - please do not apply if you do not have experience managing a budget in either Facebook or Google Ads Manager.
    • You have a strong background in analytics and reporting and are well versed in Google Analytics. 
    • You have startup experience managing significant annual growth and testing, building and scaling different acquisition channels
    • You have experience analyzing data in SQL (or are eager to learn)
    • A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically
    • You have a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs and tackle new challenges daily
    • You have budget management and/ or P&L experience
