Director of Growth — Atlanta, GA

Weezie is looking for a Director of Growth to own Weezie's growth strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for overseeing performance across a variety of channels, developing an internal attribution model, and optimizing a multi-million dollar budget across all channels. You’re a results-oriented marketer with demonstrated experience managing an internal team and paid advertising agencies. You are highly quantitative, analytical and count A/B testing, optimizing customer acquisition costs and budget allocation among your core competencies. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find new opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving and growing company. This position will report to the CEO. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Drive and execute strategy for all direct revenue-driving channels including: paid social, paid search, email, SEO, direct mail, podcasts, affiliates, native, and display
  • Manage overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with agency(s), understand spend effectiveness and optimization
  • Build internal attribution models to improve channel level understanding
  • Evaluate, test, and launch new acquisition channels
  • Define and analyze customer cohorts and insights to improve holistic growth strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally to own testing pipeline and strategy, both internally with our Creative team to produce assets and with outside partners on testing new channels
  • Define and own performance benchmarks and establish analytics and reporting for these KPIs
  • Responsible for optimizing and maintaining SEO

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and 7-10 years of related experience. Experience in DTC e-commerce is a major plus.
  • You have a strong background in data, analytics, modeling and reporting
  • You have startup experience managing significant annual growth and testing, building and scaling different acquisition channels
  • You are an excel master and have experience analyzing data in SQL (or are eager to learn)
  • You are well versed in Google Analytics and online marketing platforms including Facebook and Google Ads
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically
  • You have a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs and tackle new challenges daily
  • You have budget management and/ or P&L experience
  • You have excellent time management, prioritization and communication skills

Product Development & Merchandising Manager - Atlanta, GA

Weezie is looking for an experienced Product Development & Merchandising Manager to guide the strategic growth and vision of our product offering. Operating at the intersection of art and science, you have experience in product ideation, development, design and merchandising and will manage the entire product process from insight to launch. You will take into consideration the market landscape, consumer preferences, sales data, revenue forecasts and Weezie’s brand vision to ensure we are offering the right products, at the right time, and at the right price. As the main point person for all product launches, you will work cross functionally with nearly every internal team ensuring launches are executed on time, and aligned with our overarching brand strategy and sales goals. This role reports into Weezie’s co-founder and Creative Director. 

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, manage and execute upon a product launch calendar that takes into consideration current market trends, consumer demand, the competitive landscape, historical sales data and future sales goals, always working several years in advance
  • Continually assess the existing product assortment, deciding when products need to be discontinued, updated or re-merchandised
  • Oversee both new and existing factories to develop new products, managing each step of the process including sourcing, sampling, timeline management and quality control
  • Oversee embroidery font assortment and quality control
  • Work with Operations on demand forecasting and supply chain management, advising on potential sell throughs, restock timelines, etc. 
  • Liaise with Finance to negotiate costs, set product prices and assess and improve margins
  • Work with Digital Product and Marketing to merchandise the website, ensuring we are promoting the right products at the right time in the right places, paying particular attention to how products are presented and/or bundled
  • Work with Customer Experience to understand who our customers are, what products they want, and how they are reacting to existing products

Who you are:

  • You have 7-10 years of experience in a related field. Experience at a direct-to-consumer start up or within the home industry is a major plus. 
  • You are meticulous, detail oriented and work well “in the weeds,”  but also have the ability to think strategically and long-term
  • You are an extremely clear communicator and a skilled project manager - you’re able to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders with minimal oversight
  • You are equal parts creative and analytical - you have ideas, but even more importantly you can use research, data and your experience to filter and prioritize those ideas 
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment that requires flexibility, pivoting and problem solving. You have an “I’ll figure it out” mentality

Social Media & Content Strategist — Atlanta, GA

Weezie is looking for a smart and scrappy, experienced and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Strategist. Reporting into the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing Weezie’s social media and organic content strategy across multiple channels. We’re on the hunt for someone who is well-versed in brand messaging and storytelling, and who is eager to help bring Weezie to life via a robust, thoughtful content strategy. If you’re an Instagram-obsessed (well, and every other platform!), brand enthusiast, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage content ideation, planning, and reporting across Weezie social, email, blog and more
  • In close collaboration with Brand Marketing and Creative teams, strategize and execute against the content calendar for launch, holiday, and evergreen marketing campaigns
  • Define and implement Weezie’s social media strategy, including routine posting to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn and more (you tell us where we need to be!)
  • Own and report on KPIs across social media platforms to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Closely monitor key trends and best practices for social media and content, identifying and championing areas of opportunity for the brand (i.e. new channels)

      Who you are:

      Customer Experience Associate — Atlanta, GA

      Weezie is looking for an associate to help provide a best-in-class experience to our customers. As a member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you will be instrumental in bringing the Weezie brand to life by communicating directly with customers to solve real-time issues, answer questions, and respond to feedback. Our goal is to provide Weezie customers with an impeccable experience, exceeding all expectations every time they are in touch with us. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for customer experience and is excited to be a key player on one of the most important teams at the company. You will report to the Customer Experience Manager.

      What you’ll do: 

      • Provide an exemplary customer experience by acting as the voice of Weezie to customers and other external stakeholders through email, live chat, phone, and text

              Demand & Supply Manager — Atlanta, GA

              Weezie is looking for an analytically minded Demand and Supply Manager who will be responsible for both forecasting demand and managing our supply chain. You’ll work cross-functionally, collaborating with both external production facilities and internal product development, finance and marketing teams. You will be responsible for forecasting demand of both new and existing products and maintaining optimal inventory levels of each, ensuring we neither hold surplus or deficit in any item. You will be the main point of contact for all factory and freight relationships and will work diligently to decrease lead times and improve margins throughout all points of the supply chain. This role requires an obsession for detail, a passion for process and excellent communication skills. This position will report into the VP of Operations. 

              What you’ll do: 

              • Demand Planning
                • Assist in developing and managing accurate forecast models for all physical products inclusive of packaging and embroidery supplies 
                • Work cross-functionally with finance, product development and marketing teams to understand and communicate the impacts of changes to demand and supply assumptions when needed
              • Supply Chain Management
                • Act as the operational point person for all factory and freight relationships, handling items related to PO placement, MOQs, pricing and payment terms, delivery dates and deadlines, packing and barcoding requirements, SKU set up, invoicing, credit applications, and more. 
                • Utilize demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels across all products, packaging items, and embroidery supplies, taking into consideration different lead times and weeks of supply targets for each
                • Work with freight forwarders to optimize both cost and efficiency for each shipment, ensuring that you have reviewed and approved all freight terms and agreements each time 
                • Model and communicate supply/purchasing plan scenarios against various demand plan scenarios to ensure we are always prepared
                • Seek out areas of inefficiencies in both internal and external facing supply chain processes with the goal of reducing costs and lead times whenever possible

                Who you are:

                • You have at least 7 years experience in a demand planning or supply chain role
                • You have strong analytical, mathematical and statistical knowledge
