    Performance Marketing Manager — Atlanta, GA

    Weezie is looking for a performance marketing manager to own paid marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for overseeing performance across a variety of channels, working with cross functional teams to support growth, and setting and managing budget allocation. You’re a results-oriented marketer with demonstrated experience managing an internal team and/or paid advertising agencies. You are highly analytical and count A/B testing, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and analyzing campaign performance among your core competencies. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find new opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving and growing company. This position will report to the CEO. 

    What you’ll do: 

    • Drive and execute strategy for all direct revenue-driving channels including: paid social, paid search, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliates, native, and display.
    • Manage overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with digital agency, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations.
    • Define and analyze customer cohorts and insights to improve holistic growth strategy.
    • Work cross-functionally to own testing pipeline and strategy, both internally with our Creative team to produce assets and with outside partners on testing new channels.
    • Define and own performance benchmarks and establish analytics and reporting for these KPIs.
    • Responsible for optimizing and maintaining SEO.

    Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience
    • You have a strong background in analytics and reporting. 
    • You have startup experience managing significant annual growth and testing, building and scaling different acquisition channels
    • You have experience analyzing data in SQL (or are eager to learn)
    • Highly skilled in marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and MS Office/ Excel
    • A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically
    • You have a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs and tackle new challenges daily
    • You have budget management and/ or P&L experience
    • You have excellent time management, prioritization and communication skills

    Customer Experience Intern — Atlanta, GA

    Weezie is looking for summer intern to help us provide a best-in-class experience to our customers. As a member of our growing Customer Experience (CX) team, you will be instrumental in bringing the Weezie brand to life by communicating directly with customers to solve real-time issues, answer questions & respond to user feedback. Our goal is to provide our customers with an impeccable experience, exceeding all expectations every time people are in touch with us. We’re looking for someone who has an enthusiasm for the customer experience and is excited to learn!

    This paid internship is designed for a recent college graduate with the opportunity for full-time hire. Anticipated length of internship: mid-May through mid-August 2020. This position will report to the Customer Experience Manager.

    What you'll do:

    • Provide an exemplary customer experience by acting as the voice of Weezie to customers and other external stakeholders through email, live chat, phone, text, social media handles, etc.
    • Support the CX Manager in executing various customer insights strategies (i.e. surveys, industry/CX research, focus groups and interviews)
    • Think creatively and proactively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience & go above and beyond to delight our customers
    • Manage the customer review process and cascade insights across teams
    • Assist with weekly and monthly CX reporting
    • Act as the internal voice of the Weezie customer by flagging relevant technical, operational, or product issues as they arise
    • Work cross-functionally to share feedback and solve problems across areas such as technology, marketing, operations, & product development; support other teams and leaders as needed

    Digital Product Manager — Atlanta, GA

    Weezie is seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Product Manager. In this role, you will own our technology roadmap, prioritizing critical builds and enhancements. You will be responsible for planning, testing, execution and QA of all changes to our online consumer experience and backend business systems, including our website, third party integrations, and internal tools. The right candidate is thoughtful, customer obsessed and focused on building and executing digital products that create seamless online experiences for users while aligning with business priorities. You will be an early hire at a quickly growing company, so you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a can-do attitude, and be comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively. This position will report to the CEO. 

    What you'll do:

    • Contribute to product strategy and vision, develop roadmaps and drive product development from conceptualization to design, development, testing, implementation, and beyond for all digital products and internal business systems.
    • Maintain the product and feature roadmap and spec out new initiatives (including writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for both consumer facing features and backend functionality).
    • Work in conjunction with Engineering, Creative, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to continually create engaging and compelling user experiences while ensuring that feature launches are prioritized and implemented on schedule and within budget.
    • Analyze user behavior across the entire site and develop hypotheses for A/B testing and optimizing browsing and shopping experience.
    • Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decision making.
    • Develop a framework for how to measure the success of product improvements over time to ensure that roadmap execution is in line with the company’s strategic objectives. 
    • Balance user and business needs while remaining flexible in a fast-changing environment.

    Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of digital product experience, including technical integrations, in an e-commerce environment. Prior startup experience highly preferred.
    • You have a solid understanding of web development and likely are a former developer yourself.
    • You possess an understanding of data architecture and UX design principles. 
    • An effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to proactively identify and escalate risks or issues to the appropriate stakeholders
    • You have experience with tools and platforms such as Shopify, Netsuite, Github, etc.
    • Familiar with the latest trends in digital design and e-commerce
    • Intellectually curious and eager to understand how / why something works (or doesn’t) for a user
    • Never satisfied with the status quo, always thinking "how can we do this better?"
    • You have excellent project management skills; you are extremely organized and have stellar prioritization and time management skills
    • HTML / CSS / Figma / Sketch / InVision / Zeplin / Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
