Retail Manager

Weezie is a high-end direct to consumer bath brand redefining what luxury looks like today. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Manager to help us transition our Buckhead pop up store into our first flagship retail experience and community center. You will report into Weezie’s Community Manager and own the entire in-store experience including maintaining facilities, managing visual merchandising, running day-to-day operations and staffing. You will be responsible for everything from executing nitty gritty tasks (ie restocking inventory) to assisting with larger, more strategic tasks (ie executing in-store events and engaging with our community on social). We’re looking for someone who can take initiative with little direction, is excited to lead a team of keyholders and associates, and feels passionate about the Weezie brand and community.

What you'll do:

  • Liaise between the retail team and the Weezie corporate team, providing status updates and holding the store accountable to goals and KPIs
  • Creatively engage our Atlanta customer community by executing store events, merchandising the space, managing the @weezieatlanta Instagram, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally to log and share recurring customer inquiries, concerns and feedback with our corporate team to continuously improve the business
  • Act as the hostess of our store by offering a personable and impressionable experience, focusing on building a relationship with our customers that lasts beyond the retail floor
  • Serve as the voice of Weezie to customers by telling our story, solving real-time issues, answering questions, and responding to feedback
  • Maintain opening, closing, and other daily functions of our retail space such as: offering prompt service, closing the sale, replenishing the sales floor with inventory, and keeping the space organized and clean
  • Master all store processes and policies so you’re the go-to for customer and employee questions

    Who you are:

    • You have 3-5 years of retail or customer service experience and ideally 1-2 years of managerial experience
    • You are an empathetic and effective communicator who understands others’ perspectives and can adapt communication accordingly
    • You are positive, kind, sincere, & patient
    • You love providing and receiving feedback
    • You are organized, self-motivated, adaptable, & a strategic problem solver
    • You take initiative and “own” any job given to you from start to finish with a “I’ll figure it out” mentality
    • You have a strong sense of integrity and accountability
