  • Brand Marketing Manager

    Atlanta, GA / Full Time

    We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a strong marketing background to lead our brand marketing and social media efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative and smart marketer with a proven track record of utilizing data and insights to drive strategy, communication and creative. You will lead and develop integrated campaigns to increase brand awareness and strengthen brand perception in addition to driving content and social strategy across platforms. You will plan launch campaigns inclusive of earned media coverage, events, influencer activations, among other initiatives. You can take a project from concept to execution, with the ability to work cross functionally across the organization both at a tactical and strategic level. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and collaborates with performance marketing, creative, merchandising, and operations to create best-in-class marketing campaigns.


    What you’ll do:

    • Create integrated marketing strategy and plan for new product launches, holidays/promotions, and collaborations, across channels  that drive new customer acquisition, engagement and advocacy
    • Develop and execute channel-specific social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc. 
    • Manage daily content calendar from concept to execution, planning channel-specific and brand-enhancing content across marketing  channels 
    • Work cross-functionally with our in house creative team on concept development, storytelling and production of engaging photo, video, and written content 
    • Conceptualize the brand voice and vision and how it resonates across channels
    • Collaborate with merchandising to develop strategies that support key objectives to drive growth
    • Report on insights and performance, proactively making recommendations, updates and improvements based on findings
    • Maintain knowledge of social media best practices and trends across channels, with an eye on competitors, emerging channels and tactics 
    • Identify and build relationships with digital content partners, creators and tastemakers
    • Manage a Brand Marketing Coordinator who will assist with the administration and execution of social media, public relations, events, influencer campaigns, reporting and more


    Who you are:

    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience in brand marketing, content marketing or social media management 
    • You are highly creative, but you love to reference data and performance metrics to help guide decisions 
    • You are obsessed with consumer brands and social media. You’re engaged with your favorite brands on a variety of platforms and are the first to try new features
    • You are extremely thoughtful, organized and detail oriented
    • You are well versed in Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and more 
    • You have lots of ideas, but you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and execute 
    • You have a positive, “no task too small” attitude
    • You are flexible, and thrive in a fast paced environment where priorities may shift day-to-day
    • You have excellent time management, prioritization and communication skills
